Interests :
My research focuses on the estimation of spatial weight matrices, and on the development of methods for estimating social interdependence and spillover effects.
I aim to conduct research that helps solve practical problems faced by empirical researchers. In particular, I am interested in issues such as endogeneity, and in developing methods to assess whether the assumptions underlying analytical approaches are satisfied.
I am also interested in what happens when theoretical assumptions are relaxed.
Recently, I have been incorporating Bayesian statistics into my work. My research motto is to do what I can, and to pursue what I find interesting.
